"The root of the tree is a wheel." These seven words by Ramon Llull appear in the book Principles of Medicine. The syntax of Llull's entire work is truly forestry, both because of the repeated figure of the tree with which he turns various knowledge into image and branch, and because of the proud way in which all kinds of connections and analogical demonstrations are formed. Artist Pere Jaume presents in the cloister of the Estudi General Lul•lià an oak tree dancing to the sound of four-part chants from fragments of four of Llull's books. From Monday to Friday, there are two oak tree dances, at 12 noon and 5 pm, on Fridays only at 12 noon. Each session lasts about twenty minutes.
