Urban vermicomposting, a solution within everyone’s reach: a practical workshop where we will learn how to transform kitchen waste into an incredible fertilizer through vermicomposting — an easy, convenient and fast way to reduce waste, care for plants and close the organic matter cycle from home, even in urban environments.

The workshop is organized by Amics de la Terra, with the collaboration of the Climate Academy, and offers a clear and practical introduction to get started: what materials can be added, how to keep the vermicomposter in good condition, how to prevent odors or pests, and how to obtain and use humus (and liquid fertilizer) to improve our pots and gardens.
