What is eco-anxiety?

Organized by Palma XXI. Conference by Guillem Mudoy

Eco-anxiety is an intense distress or concern about the climate crisis and its effects on the planet and the future. It is not a mental disorder in itself, but a normal emotional response to the perception of a real and global threat. It often appears as feelings of sadness, guilt, helplessness, or fear, and can affect daily well-being, especially in people sensitive to environmental issues.
